What is Pay What You Want?
Pay-What-You-Want lets you choose how much to pay for a ticket. Nothing should stand between between you and great puppet art, least of all a brutal social construct like money.
When Can I Pay What I Want?
Thursdays- all tickets for all entry times are Pay-What-You-Want.
Fridays/Saturdays after 8:45- All tickets for after 8:45 are fully Pay-What-You-Want. (Tickets for entry times before 8:45 are a minimum of $25.)
What about online ticket sales?
To discourage no-shows and unscrupulous scalpers (it’s a thing), there is a minimum price for online tickets.
How much should I pay?
The show costs us roughly $35/seat to produce. However, we want to be accessible to everyone every puppet lover and weirdo who wants to experience this unique event. Everyone has mouths to feed, debt, bills, etc… so take the table below as loose guidance.
Can I pay anything I want?
Yes (mostly). To guarantee entry, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time online. Friday and Saturday shows before 8:50 tend to fill up.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, however, due to the strictly timed nature of the show, we cannot guarantee entry or wait-time. We reserve the right to limit the number audience members on standby.
Does anyone really pay more than they have to?
Yes! we have many wonderful supporters who pay $30, $50, even $100 by adding a donation to their ticket. Their support is how we make this program possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
What if I arrive later than my ticket time?
We will make every effort to get you in. Because there is a limited number of headsets for each puppet show, we can only fit 12 audience members per entry.
May I exchange my ticket for a different night than I purchased?
Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before your entry time. If there is a price difference between your original online purchase, you will have to pay the difference.
